I offer psychological therapy for young people, adults and parents who are experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, low mood, overwhelm or difficulties with self-worth and relationships.

THERAPY

People often come to therapy feeling

Anxious, stuck or emotionally exhausted

Overwhelmed by thoughts or feelings

Disconnected from themselves or others

Unsure how to cope with what’s happening in their life

how i can support

1:1 Therapy

I work integratively, meaning I draw on different psychological approaches rather than relying on one model or diagnosis. Therapy with me focuses on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, calming the nervous system and supporting change at a pace that feels manageable.

My therapeutic approach is:

  • Trauma-informed and compassionate

  • Collaborative rather than directive

  • Focused on understanding rather than fixing

  • Grounded in emotional safety and regulation

Therapy is available for both short-term support and longer-term work, depending on your needs.

CALM, CLARITY CONSULTATION HOUR

I offer one-off or short-term consultation sessions for individuals, parents and professionals who want clarity, perspective or psychological input on a specific issue. These sessions are more strategy-focused than ongoing therapy and are ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck and want a professional sense-check

  • Are facing a decision and need clarity

Consultation sessions are contained, purposeful and supportive. They are not crisis sessions and do not replace therapy, but they can be a helpful first step or a stand-alone space to think clearly.

Support for Families Experiencing EBSA

I specialise in supporting families affected by Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and school-related distress.

EBSA can leave parents feeling exhausted, blamed and unsure what to do next. I help families move away from pressure and panic, and towards understanding, steadiness and sustainable change.

Support may include:

  • Consultation sessions for parents

  • Structured parent programmes

  • Group-based support through Survive EBSA
