Psychological Support for Students and Staff
-
I deliver workshops for:
Key Stage 3 | Key Stage 4 | Sixth Form
Topics include:
Stress and anxiety
Emotional regulation
Shame and embarrassment
Sleep and teenage brain development
Risk-taking and decision-making
Workshops are engaging, inclusive and grounded in psychological understanding, helping students feel more confident and less fearful of their internal experiences.
-
I offer small-group sessions for students who need additional emotional support, including:
Anxiety and emotional regulation groups
Support for students experiencing school-related distress
Confidence and coping skills
These sessions complement existing pastoral support and are not a replacement for individual therapy.
-
I provide reflective practice and support sessions for teaching and support staff, focusing on:
Managing emotional load
Understanding student behaviour psychologically
Reducing burnout
Supporting staff wellbeing and resilience
These sessions help schools support both staff and students more effectively.
I work with schools to provide psychologically informed, age-appropriate support for students and staff.
My work aligns with PSHE curricula, safeguarding priorities and pastoral frameworks, and is inclusive of neurodivergent students and culturally diverse communities.
