Psychological Support for Students and Staff

  • I deliver workshops for:

Key Stage 3 | Key Stage 4 | Sixth Form

    Topics include:

    • Stress and anxiety

    • Emotional regulation

    • Shame and embarrassment

    • Sleep and teenage brain development

    • Risk-taking and decision-making

Workshops are engaging, inclusive and grounded in psychological understanding, helping students feel more confident and less fearful of their internal experiences.

  • I offer small-group sessions for students who need additional emotional support, including:

    • Anxiety and emotional regulation groups

    • Support for students experiencing school-related distress

    • Confidence and coping skills

These sessions complement existing pastoral support and are not a replacement for individual therapy.

  • I provide reflective practice and support sessions for teaching and support staff, focusing on:

    • Managing emotional load

    • Understanding student behaviour psychologically

    • Reducing burnout

    • Supporting staff wellbeing and resilience

These sessions help schools support both staff and students more effectively.

I work with schools to provide psychologically informed, age-appropriate support for students and staff.

My work aligns with PSHE curricula, safeguarding priorities and pastoral frameworks, and is inclusive of neurodivergent students and culturally diverse communities.
